Kokoda is a traditional Fijian dish made with fresh, raw fish like mahi-mahi or snapper that is marinated in a combination of coconut milk & citrus juices such as lemons or limes. Fijian variety of ceviche is typically garnished with sea salt, minced chilis, finely sliced green onions, and coriander leaves.
